Galavečer k sezóně 2021/2022 očima předsedy Lukáše Zahradníčka

Letošní galavečer, který byl oslavou a poděkováním hráčům a týmům za minulou sezónu, a zároveň zpříjemněním začátku sezóny nové, je za námi. Pro ty, kteří neměli možnost se zúčastnit, přinášíme pár slov z jeho průběhu.

Nebylo to fotbalové hřiště, kde se cítíme jako doma, takže jsme před zahájením zažili pár perných chvilek ohledně úpravy prostoru k předávání cen. Zaimprovizovali jsme a vyhlášení nejlepších přesunuli na dvůr, kde se nás nakonec sešlo zhruba padesát.

V úvodu zaznělo poděkování celému týmu vedení za to, co vše se již povedlo a jsem opravdu přesvědčen, že toho není málo. 

• na základě dotazníků směřovaných na týmy jsme upravili soutěžní a disciplinární řád, 
• noví brigádníci nám pomáhají s komunikací uvnitř ligy i s její propagací navenek, 
• pracujeme na opravě stávajícího a konceptu nového webu, 
• přepsali jsme Stanovy spolku, vyřešili staré finanční závěrky a vše zanesli na soud

To vše jsou dílčí kroky k tomu, abychom z PKFL udělali do dvou let nejkvalitnější svaz malého fotbalu v Praze. To znamená ligu, kterou týmy rádi hrají, a mají respekt ke všem hráčům a rozhodčím. 

Slovo pak dostal Leon Petrů, který hovořil o SC Koráb Praha, který se probojoval až do semifinále v Superlize. Dále také padlo slovo o prázdninovém open tréninku, novém trenérovi a nových kategoriích U20, U10 a U08. 

Tomáš Horák se pak rozpovídal o možnostech a cestách, jakými chceme pro svaz získat více prostředků pro rozvoj. Opírat se budeme především o dotace, příspěvky od městských částí a partnerů. 

Pozornost nás všech se bude v nejbližších měsících ubírat k tomu, aby vše fungovalo. Chceme pokračovat v aktivní komunikaci a zaměřit se na zkvalitnění rozhodčích. 

Oficiální část večera pokračovala předáním cen nejlepším týmům, hráčům, střelcům a brankářům jednotlivých lig a vzhledem k tomu, že program byl opravdu nabitý, potřebovali jsme všichni před chystaným překvapením krátkou pauzu. Tím byla opravdu povedená fireshow, která dle počtu přihlížejících zaujala všechny zúčastněné. 

A pak už jsme se všichni těšili na tombolu, která byla letos mimořádně štědrá. Všem partnerům patří i na tomto místě náš velký dík. Panovala opravdu veselá nálada a téměř každý si něco odnesl. Hned po tombole následovala charitativní dražba, ve které se objevily klenoty jako podepsaný reprezentační dres, brankářské rukavice Patrika Le Gianga, nebo puk podepsaný Davidem Pastrňákem. Celkem se nám podařilo vybrat 14 100 korun, které jsme věnovali nadaci STEP BY STEP Foundation. Jsme rádi, že jsme touto akcí mohli přispět na dobrou věc a dát našemu setkání ještě další rozměr.

Gala evening of the 2021/2022 season through the eyes of chairman Lukáš Zahradníček

This year's gala evening, which was a celebration and thanks to the players and teams for the last season, and at the same time a pleasant start to the new season, is behind us. For those who did not have the opportunity to participate, here are a few words about.

It wasn't a football field where we knew exactly what to do, so we had a few awkward moments before the beginning, especially about setting up the area for the award ceremony.  Finally we improvised and moved all the awards to the yard.

The guests arrived in a good mood, but not always quite on time, so we moved the very beginning of the event to half past seven, when there were fifty of us in total, and it didn't look like anyone would come.

At the beginning, thanks were given to the entire management team for everything that has already been done, and I am truly convinced that we have done a lot.

•  on the basis of questionnaires addressed to the teams, we modified the competition and disciplinary regulations,
• new part-timers help us with communication within the league and with its promotion externally,
• we are working on the repair of the existing and the concept of the new website,
• we rewrote the statutes Code of rules of the association, solved the old financial statements and took everything to court

All of these are partial steps to make the PKFL the best association of five-a-side football in Prague within two years. This means a league where teams like to play and have respect for opponents and referees.

Leon Petrů spoke about SC Koráb Praha, which made it to the semi-finals in the Superliga, then mentioned summer open training, a new coach and the new U20, U10 and U08 categories.

Tomáš Horák then talked about the possibilities and ways in which we want to get more funds for development for the association. We will mainly rely on subsidies, contributions from city districts and partners.

In the following months, all of our attention will be directed towards making everything work, we want to keep on active communication and focus on improving the quality of referees.

The official part of the evening continued with the presentation of prizes to the best teams, players, scorers and goalkeepers of each league, and since the program was busy, we all needed a short break before the upcoming surprise. This was a fireshow, which, according to the number of spectators, impressed everyone involved.

And then we all looked forward to the raffle, which was exceptionally generous this year. Our big thanks go to all the partners here as well. There was a really happy atmosphere and almost everyone took something away. Immediately after the raffle, a charity auction followed, in which gems such as a signed national team jersey, goalkeeper gloves by Patrik Le Giang, or a puck signed by David Pastrňák appeared. In total, we managed to collect 14,100 CZK, which we donated to the STEP BY STEP Foundation. We are glad that we could contribute to a good cause with football and give our meeting an even wider dimension.
